100 Thieves secured their place in the VALORANT Champions 2026 playoffs on September 30, defeating FUT Esports 2–0 in Group A’s winners’ match. The victory followed their opening sweep of T1, sending them through without dropping a map.

FUT’s pick of Split offered little comfort for the Turkish side. A commanding 9–3 first half put 100 Thieves firmly in control before they completed a 13–5 victory, moving within one map of qualification.

Lotus presented a different challenge. FUT built an 8–4 halftime lead on 100 Thieves’ map pick, threatening to take the series to Sunset. Instead, 100 Thieves recovered after the break, winning nine of the next 11 rounds to secure a 13–10 comeback victory and close out the sweep.

Timotino led the series with 35 kills and 10 first kills, but 100 Thieves received contributions throughout the lineup. All five players finished with positive kill-to-death differentials, helping the team turn a difficult second map into a direct ticket to the playoffs.

FUT Esports await T1 or JD Gaming in Group A decider

While 100 Thieves advance, FUT have one remaining opportunity to join them. They will face the winner of T1 versus JD Gaming, scheduled for October 2, in the Group A decider on October 4.

A JD Gaming victory would produce a rematch of FUT’s tournament opener, which the Turkish team won 2–0. Should T1 advance, the decider would instead bring together the two teams defeated by 100 Thieves.

Either matchup carries the same stakes: the winner claims Group A’s remaining playoff berth, while the loser exits Champions. For FUT, the defeat delays their qualification hopes but leaves their tournament fate in their own hands.
