Nebula Esports have been crowned the champions of Battlegrounds Mobile Masters Series (BGMS) Season 5 after finishing at the top of the Grand Finals standings with 210 points. The team secured the title after three days of intense competition featuring 18 matches and 16 of India’s top BGMI teams.

Nebula Esports Secure the BGMS Season 5 Title

Nebula Esports established a strong lead during the opening two days of the Grand Finals and successfully defended their position despite a late challenge from Gladiators Esports.

The champions finished with 210 points, 116 finishes and four Winner Winner Chicken Dinners (WWCDs). Their performance earned them the ₹40 lakh winners’ prize and the BGMS Season 5 trophy.

Gladiators Esports and iQOO Orangutan Complete the Top Three

Gladiators Esports finished second with 189 points, while iQOO Orangutan secured third place with 187 points.

Gladiators Esports earned ₹15 lakh for their runner-up finish, while iQOO Orangutan received ₹6 lakh for completing the podium.

The final day saw Gladiators Esports outscore the eventual champions, but Nebula's sizeable advantage from the first two days proved enough to secure the championship.

KNOWME Named Season 5 MVP

Individual awards were also presented following the Grand Finals. Yash Negi, known as KNOWME, from Nebula Esports was named the BGMS Season 5 MVP for his strong performance throughout the Grand Finals.

Meanwhile, Mohammed Kaif Gulhamid Khan, known as HUNTERZ, of Genesis Esports won the Most Wicked Player award after recording the highest number of eliminations across the tournament. Both players received a TVS bike as part of their awards.

BGMS Season 5 Draws Strong Viewership

The fifth season also recorded impressive audience numbers, crossing 26 million total views and 11 million watch hours. Peak concurrent viewership reportedly exceeded 430,000, including watch parties.

The tournament featured a prize pool of more than ₹1 crore and progressed through the League Stage, Super Weekend, Playoffs and Grand Finals.

With Nebula Esports lifting the Season 5 trophy, BGMS continues to showcase the growing popularity and competitiveness of India's BGMI esports scene.
