The BMSD 2026 Qualifiers have come to an end after three weeks of competition, setting the routes for 40 teams still chasing the title. Four teams have reached the Grand Finals directly, while others will continue through the Survival and Semi Final stages. A technical issue involving GodLike Esports also became a talking point on the final day.

Four Teams Secure Direct Grand Finals Spots

The top four teams from Group A have secured direct entry into the BMSD 2026 Grand Finals. The teams are Meta Ninza, 8Bit, Revenant XSpark and Blitz Epigrotive Gaming. They will skip the remaining qualification stages and head straight to the LAN Grand Finals.

The Grand Finals are scheduled for October 16 to 18, with 16 teams set to compete over three days and 18 matches.

12 Teams Move Straight to the Semi Finals

A total of 12 teams have also secured places in the Semi Finals. From Group A, Myth Official, Team Tamilas, Team Soul, 7Gods Esports, Elite Nova, Genesis Esports, Gladiators Esports and Welt Esports advanced.

The four teams joining them from Group B are Rapid Chaos, Team Aryan, Wyld Fangs and Cultrex x Zero Ark. The complete 24-team Semi Final lobby will later be filled by teams coming through the Survival stages.

Survival Stages Decide the Remaining Spots

The next phase begins with the Upper Bracket Survival from October 1 to 3, featuring 16 teams. The top eight will move into the Semi Finals, while the remaining eight will receive another opportunity through the Lower Bracket.

The Lower Bracket Survival follows from October 4 to 6. Sixteen teams will compete, with only the top four moving forward to the Semi Finals. The Semi Finals will then run from October 8 to 11, with the top eight teams reaching the Grand Finals.

Spower Questions GodLike Match Decision

The final day of the Qualifiers also saw attention around GodLike Esports after a technical issue involving Admino during Match 3. According to Spower, the issue appeared early in the game and affected the team's rotations and planned positioning.

Spower questioned why the match was not rehosted and compared the situation with how similar issues had been handled at the Esports World Cup. TalkEsport reported that there was no official statement from the BMSD organisers at the time of writing explaining the incident or the decision not to rehost the game.

With the Qualifiers now complete, the focus shifts to the Survival stages before the tournament reaches its final stages in October.
