Falco joined G2 in 2021 and became a key figure behind the team's continued success in the LEC. During his time with the organization, he helped G2 remain one of Europe's most consistent League of Legends teams while competing domestically and internationally.
His tenure included 11 LEC titles, a First Stand Finals appearance and numerous memorable drafts that became part of his identity as G2's coach. The organization also highlighted his contribution in its farewell message.
Perkz Takes Over as Head Coach
The departure comes several weeks after G2 moved Falco to the bench and appointed Luka “Perkz” Perković as head coach. The coaching change was made ahead of the Esports World Cup 2026, with Perkz taking over the role.
Perkz had previously been part of G2's playing legacy and returned to the organization in a coaching role before taking over as head coach. His appointment marked a significant change for G2 as the team moved into a new phase.
