GamingCon Bharat, India’s premier gaming festival, returns to Mumbai on October 17–18, 2026, for its third and largest edition yet. Following a successful 2025 turnout of over 15,000 attendees, this year’s event is expected to draw more than 20,000 gamers, esports enthusiasts, and football fans together under one roof.
Taking the action to a global scale, the festival features an expanded lineup of major international showcases and tournaments. Attendees will get to see the iconic Premier League Trophy in person, experience EA SPORTS FC 27, and explore three flagship titles from returning publisher Ubisoft, while competitive gaming takes center stage as JioBlast hosts the Honor of Kings (HOK) India qualifiers.
Start With the Premier League Trophy and Fan Zone
The Premier League Zone will place the Trophy at the centre of an experience that also includes a Home Kit display representing all 20 clubs and a Premier League Hall of Fame experience. Physical and virtual activities from EA SPORTS and other league partners will give supporters more to explore around the silverware.
For fans used to following their clubs through a screen, the attraction is the opportunity to experience these displays in person and share the occasion with other supporters.

“GamingCon Bharat places the Premier League at the confluence of football, gaming and entertainment in one space,” said Hrishikesh Shende, Managing Director, Premier League India, in the event announcement.
That connection continues beyond the fan zone, with football gaming providing a natural next stop.
Take Football From the Trophy Display to FC 27
EA SPORTS FC 27 will be available for hands-on play, with organisers also announcing opportunities to face participating creators in head-to-head matches. Visitors can move from celebrating the competition to testing their own skills on the virtual pitch.
Creator names and challenge timings have not been specified in the supplied announcement, so fans hoping to face a particular personality should watch for further event updates.
Ubisoft Returns With Three Big Titles
From there, the wider gaming floor offers a choice of genres. Ubisoft returns as an Associate Partner, with its Black Flag remake, Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced, alongside Rayman Legends and Just Dance in the announced programme.
The lineup spans Edward Kenway’s Caribbean adventure, platforming and dance-based play, giving friends with different gaming interests several experiences to explore together. PC, console and mobile free-play zones will add further opportunities to pick up a game during the visit.
Watch the HOK Qualifiers hosted by JioBLAST
Live esports will run alongside those hands-on experiences. JioBLAST will host the Honor of Kings India qualifiers on October 17 and 18, bringing organised competition to both days of the festival.

For visitors who enjoy watching teams compete, the qualifiers offer another reason to spend time around the tournament stage between activities.
The Versus Experience
The Versus Experience will focus on fighting games and welcome both experienced players and newcomers. Whether visitors arrive with familiar combinations or want an introduction to the genre, the attraction centres on facing other players directly.

The fighting-game lineup, competition formats and entry requirements are not detailed in the supplied announcement. Anyone planning to participate should check the relevant activity updates before attending.
Explore Tabletop Games, Indian Indies and Cosplay
Away from the competitive stages, MeepleCon will bring a tabletop programme featuring board games, tournaments, new releases, playtesting and workshops. Described by organisers as India’s largest board game convention, it will also bring designers and gaming communities to the festival.

For groups attending together, the tables offer another way to take part, particularly for visitors whose interests extend beyond video games.
Nearby in the wider programme, IndieVerse will showcase games from Indian independent developers, giving attendees opportunities to try their work and speak with the people behind it. Curated in partnership with Gamedev India, the showcase also allows visitors to vote for their favourite participating game through the IndieVerse Award.
Cosplay competitions, creator appearances, merchandise and live entertainment will provide additional stops across the festival floor.
Discover the Industry Behind the Games
Visitors interested in how games are made and brought to market can also explore the Level Up Conference, which brings together developers, publishers, investors and policymakers.
Its published agenda covers original gaming properties, artificial intelligence, gaming careers, creator businesses and grassroots esports. A workshop offering CV, portfolio and interview advice adds a practical element for those considering work in the industry.
The conference gives students and aspiring professionals another reason to attend, alongside the festival’s games and fan experiences.
Return to Football for the Evening Screenings
The football programme will extend into the evening with live Premier League matches on a giant screen, supported by JioStar. After exploring the festival, supporters can gather to watch the action together.
Access to the viewing parties is through the PL Pass, available on the District app. The announcement lists entry to GamingCon Bharat and the viewing parties, with an exclusive Premier League goodie bag for the first 1,000 pass holders.
Fans should check the screening schedule and their chosen pass’s inclusions when planning their visit.
