The BMSD 2026 Semi Finals are set to begin on October 8, with 24 BGMI teams fighting for eight direct spots in the Grand Finals. The lineup is now complete after the Lower Bracket Survival concluded on October 6.

The 24 teams have been divided into three groups of eight:

The groups include several teams that impressed during the Survival stages. Nebula Esports topped the Upper Bracket Survival with 178 points, while Team Outrage finished second with 165. Team Apex Gaming also secured its spot after a dramatic final-match comeback.

Four Teams Earned Their Place Through Lower Bracket

The Lower Bracket Survival provided the final four teams for the Semi Finals. K9 Esports, MadKings, HyperCatz and Vasista Esports advanced from the stage, while the remaining teams were eliminated from BMSD 2026.

This completed the 24-team Semi Finals lineup, with 12 teams coming directly from the Qualifiers, eight from the Upper Bracket Survival and four from the Lower Bracket Survival.

How the Semi Finals Will Work

The Semi Finals run from October 8 to October 11. The three groups will compete in a round-robin format, with two groups playing at a time.

Across four days, there will be 24 matches, with each team playing 16 matches. The maps include Rondo, Erangel and Miramar.

After all matches, the top eight teams in the overall standings will directly qualify for the Grand Finals. The remaining 16 teams will get one final opportunity through the Last Chance stage on October 12 and 13.

BMSD 2026 Grand Finals Race

Four teams have already secured Grand Finals spots: Meta Ninza, 8Bit, Revenant XSpark and Blitz Epigrotive Gaming.

The Semi Finals will determine eight more teams for the 16-team LAN Grand Finals in Hyderabad. The final four spots will then be decided through Last Chance.

With teams such as Team Soul, GodLike Esports, Nebula Esports, Team Outrage, Orangutan and Team Apex Gaming all in the mix, the Semi Finals could produce some major changes before BMSD 2026 reaches its LAN stage.
