GamingCon Bharat is back in Mumbai this October with another weekend of games, esports, cosplay and creator appearances. Its third edition takes place on October 17 and 18 at Hall 3, Bombay Exhibition Centre, NESCO, Goregaon East, with an 11 am start on both days.
This year’s additions include a collaboration with board gaming event MeepleCon and an expanded IndieVerse showcase. With more than 10,000 square metres of gaming experiences planned, visitors will have plenty to explore across the exhibition floor.
How the first two editions built momentum
GamingCon made its debut on November 30 and December 1, 2024, attracting thousands of visitors to the Bombay Exhibition Centre. The first edition brought together game demonstrations, creator meetups, cosplay and competitions in VALORANT and BGMI. Red Bull’s Formula 1 simulator was another highlight, giving racing fans a chance to get behind the wheel.
The second edition followed on November 29 and 30, 2025, welcoming more than 15,000 visitors across two days. Its attractions included a cosplay competition with over 70 participants and the IndieVerse showcase, where Gamokratic’s Arcade Asylum won the audience-voted award.
Esports also drew participation beyond the venue. According to GamingCon, the online qualifiers for JioBLAST All Stars vs India attracted more than 30,000 aspiring competitors. For 2026, the organisers are expecting more than 20,000 visitors, aiming to build on the turnout and community participation of the previous editions.

MeepleCon x GamingCon 2026 board games and tabletop experiences
One of this year’s biggest additions is MeepleCon x GamingCon, which brings a dedicated tabletop gaming experience to the festival.
The programme covers family games, party games, strategy, role-playing, deduction and educational games. It gives visitors another way to spend the day, whether they want a quick game with friends or something that takes a little more planning.

IndieVerse 2026 to showcase 20 Indian indie games
GamingCon has announced 20 games for IndieVerse 2026, organised in partnership with GameDev India.
The showcase gives Indian independent developers a place to introduce their games to a wider audience. Visitors can try the games, speak with their creators and share feedback directly. It is also a chance to discover something that might otherwise slip past your usual gaming recommendations.
Selected games will also be eligible for the audience-voted IndieVerse Award, giving visitors a say in which title stands out at the event. IndieVerse Award.
Esports tournaments, gaming zones and cosplay at GamingCon
The festival is promoting PC and console gaming zones, esports competitions, product launches, creator appearances and merchandise. Its wider programme includes arcades, simulators and interactive stage activities, giving visitors different things to try throughout the day.
Cosplay is also returning in 2026, with a showcase and competition welcoming participants across skill levels.

Level Up Conference 2026 sessions and gaming careers
The Level Up Conference returns for visitors interested in how games are made and how the industry works.
Saturday’s published agenda covers original game franchises, AI in development, future careers and investment. Sunday’s sessions focus on player safety, the creator economy, independent development and grassroots esports.
A workshop on entering the industry is scheduled for 2.30 pm on October 18, with CV reviews, portfolio advice and interview tips among the topics listed. Students and aspiring developers may find this particularly useful. Full conference agenda.

The brands behind the experience
Previous GamingCon editions have featured names such as PlayStation, Ubisoft, Red Bull, Belkin and HyperX. The 2025 lineup also included JioBLAST, Nazara, Reliance Games, Timezone, Bonkers Corner and Drone Sports India, bringing together gaming, technology, entertainment and merchandise.
For 2026, the organisers are aiming to bring together more than 150 brands. The event’s wider focus covers game publishers, hardware and accessories, merchandise, education and lifestyle businesses. The Super Gamer Pass adds express entry, a T-shirt, stickers, a wristband, a Gamer Tag Wall listing, a credential card, a lanyard and giveaway entry. Its description does not explicitly include MeepleCon, so confirm that before buying it for the tabletop experience.
District requires tickets for children aged four and above. The advertised ₹149 starting price is for a child’s single-day ticket.
How to reach GamingCon Bharat 2026
The venue is Hall 3, Bombay Exhibition Centre, NESCO, Goregaon East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400063. Check your ticket for the final gate and entry instructions
By metro: Goregaon East station on Metro Line 7 is a nearby option. The exhibition centre is around 500 metres from the station, with additional walking time needed to reach Hall 3.
By local train: Travel to Goregaon or Ram Mandir station, then take an auto-rickshaw or taxi to NESCO.
By road or from airport: Set your destination to Bombay Exhibition Centre, NESCO, and specify Hall 3. Visitors arriving at Mumbai airport can also take a taxi directly to the venue. Allow extra time for traffic and entry queues. Travel guidance.
